Replacement Policy
- No exchange will be provided for any product ordered from www.LITVERSE.in. (Except when there is a wrong/manufacturing defect product received.)
- In case of a replacement, we will initiate the return pickup in 1-3 business days. Once the product gets received in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality team, and after carefully checking we will schedule a replacement order immediately.
- Any issue regarding the product will be taken into consideration up to a maximum of 7 days from the actual order delivery date.
- The article(s) being returned for exchange should be unused, clean, and accompanied by its original packaging and tags in an undamaged condition.
Refund Policy
Please Note: LITVERSE follows a No Refund Policy, no item purchased from LITVERSE.IN will be refunded, you can opt-in for replacement if a damaged/wrong product is received.
